Accessibility Statement
InstantReply is committed to making its website and platform accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our current accessibility posture, known limitations, and how to contact us if you encounter a barrier.
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Our target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, covering visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
We also work toward compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive 2019/882), which applies to digital products and services offered in the EU.
Measures we have taken
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the marketing site to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation support for interactive elements, including navigation menus, forms, and modal dialogs.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios on text and interactive elements, targeting a minimum 4.5:1 ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
- Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately to be ignored by screen readers.
- A visible skip-to-main-content link (
) to allow keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation. - Responsive layout that scales without loss of content or functionality at up to 400% zoom.
- Forms include associated labels and descriptive error messages to support users with cognitive and visual disabilities.
- Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements.
- No content flashes more than three times per second to reduce seizure risk.
Known limitations
We are a growing product and accessibility is an ongoing effort. Known areas we are actively working to improve include:
- Some complex interactive components in the dashboard (inbox, conversation threads) may not yet be fully optimized for screen reader navigation. We are iterating on ARIA labeling and live region announcements.
- Third-party embedded content (such as OAuth popups for channel connections) is subject to the accessibility practices of those providers and may fall outside our direct control.
- Some data tables in the dashboard do not yet include full scope and summary attributes. This is on our roadmap.
