Which CRMs does Instant Reply connect to?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Notion and Airtable. Salesforce is listed as coming soon and cannot be connected in the current release. No other CRM connectors are live today.
Which plan includes CRM sync?
Pro. Starter and Growth workspaces cannot connect a CRM, and the 7-day trial runs on Pro so you can test the connection before choosing a plan. The pricing page lists current prices.
Does it send the whole conversation to my CRM?
No. It sends selected lead fields (name, email, phone, source), the customer's latest message and a link back to the conversation in Instant Reply. The full message thread stays in the inbox.
Will I get duplicate contacts?
Not in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM: each sync looks up an existing record by email, then phone, and updates it. Notion and Airtable are different. Those connectors add a new page or row per sync, so repeat syncs for one person create repeat entries.
Can I choose which fields are sent?
Yes. A mapping screen lets you switch fields off or point them at a different destination where the CRM allows it, for example sending the lead source to a note instead of a property. Available destinations differ by CRM, and each CRM page lists them.
Does data flow back from the CRM into the inbox?
No. Every connector is outbound only. Editing a record in your CRM does not change the lead in Instant Reply.
What about Salesforce or HighLevel?
Salesforce is listed as coming soon and is not available to connect yet. There is no HighLevel connector. If you need either, the REST API and signed webhooks let you move lead data to any system yourself.
