Suleiman Alnsour is the Founder & CTO of InstantReply and its co-founder alongside Saif Farroukh. He has spent more than seven years building SaaS for the WhatsApp ecosystem, with a focus on conversational AI and sales automation.

He started InstantReply after watching small teams lose winnable DM leads to slow replies. Today he works on the product, the AI inbox design and the WhatsApp side of the business, and he personally answers customers on WhatsApp and by call through the contact page.
