Which plan do I need for Notion sync?
CRM sync is a Pro plan feature, and the 7-day trial includes it. On Starter and Growth you cannot connect Notion until you upgrade. See the pricing page for current plan prices.
The short answer
Instant Reply writes each qualified lead into a Notion database you choose, as a new page with name, email, phone, source and a link back to the conversation. The latest customer message goes in the page body. Pages are added, never matched, so a conversation that keeps syncing can leave several pages. Pro plan.

Once Instant Reply treats a conversation as a lead and it appears in the Customers view. After that, the sync runs again as new customer messages arrive, so the record reflects the latest message.
Yes. The Notion connector creates a page per sync and does not search for an earlier one. Because a sync can follow each new customer message, one conversation can produce several pages. A view grouped by the Conversation URL property shows the repeats.
Share the database with the Instant Reply integration, select it inside Instant Reply, and give it properties called Name (title), Email, Phone, Source and Conversation URL. Notion rejects a write when a property name does not exist, and Instant Reply shows that sync as failed.
No. Only the customer's latest message goes into the page body, plus the link back to the conversation in Instant Reply.
No. The connection is outbound only.
