Which plan do I need for Airtable sync?
CRM sync is a Pro plan feature, and the 7-day trial includes it. On Starter and Growth you cannot connect Airtable until you upgrade. See the pricing page for current plan prices.
The short answer
Instant Reply adds one record to an Airtable table you pick for each qualified lead, filling columns named Name, Email, Phone, Source, Last Message and Conversation URL. Rows are added, never matched, so a conversation that keeps syncing can leave several rows. You choose the base and table after connecting. Pro plan.

Once Instant Reply treats a conversation as a lead and it appears in the Customers view. After that, the sync runs again as new customer messages arrive, so the record reflects the latest message.
Yes, it can. The Airtable connector creates a record per sync and does not search for an earlier one. Because a sync can follow each new customer message, one conversation can produce several rows. Filter or group by the Conversation URL column to find repeats.
Name, Email, Phone, Source, Last Message and Conversation URL, spelled exactly like that. Empty values are skipped. If a column is missing Airtable rejects the write and the lead shows a failed sync.
Yes. After you approve access, you pick the base and the table from your own list. Instant Reply only writes to the table you select.
It is a destination table. Instant Reply gives it lead rows; the views, automations and follow-up work are yours to build in Airtable.
