Two things that use up your capacity
One plan, two counters. Each one tracks a different kind of work, and both reset back to 0 on the first of every month. Your own AI app does the replying, so there is no AI reply counter on this plan.
Campaign Reach
This counts the first proactive WhatsApp message to each contact per month. Follow-ups to the same contact do not consume more Campaign Reach, but Automation Actions and Meta delivery fees can still apply.
Example: You send a WhatsApp broadcast to 500 customers on March 1. That uses 500 reach. You follow up with the same 500 on March 15. Campaign Reach stays at 500. On April 1, the meter resets.
Heads up: This is only for proactive WhatsApp outreach. If the customer messages you first, that does not use Campaign Reach.
Automation Actions
Every automated step counts as 1 Automation Action - whether it sends a message or updates another system.
Example: An order ships and your workflow sends a WhatsApp update. That's 1 action. A new lead enters and the workflow sends a welcome message and pushes the lead into your CRM. That's 2 actions.
Heads up: Only automated work counts here. Manual replies do not. Internal checks such as conditions, lookups, or waits do not count by themselves.
Using the API doesn't cost you anything extra.
API calls and webhooks themselves are free. You only use up capacity when they actually do something - like sending a WhatsApp message or pushing data to your CRM.
