Why Google Voice is unreliable for WhatsApp#

Verify the number before paying#
Ask the provider whether you control the number, can receive SMS or voice verification, can port it later, and may register it on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Test inbound calls or messages, keep the ownership receipt, and avoid numbers that have been recycled or shared.
